If you feel panic during a crisis or a high-stress moment:
 
  • Feet: Press your heels firmly into the floor. Feel the earth supporting you.
  • Breath: Release a long, audible sigh. This signals safety to your brain.
  • Mantra: Internalize the words 'Ogen' (Anchor) or 'Chossen' (Resilience). Repeat them until your heart rate slows.
