I was born and raised in the spiritual heart of India, where I learned that peace is a practice, not a privilege. My path led me to Israel and I chose to make this resilient land my home.
Living between these two worlds has revealed to me a profound truth: ancient wisdom is not meant merely to be read, understood, or debated, but to be practiced, stabilized within our lives, and brought into living experience.
It is from this understanding that
"Applied Spirituality" was born — a path dedicated to making wisdom alive, embodied, and transformative.
As a devotee of Sathya Sai Baba and a practitioner of Yogic science, I don't just teach 'yoga'—I teach the art of remaining anchored when the ground beneath you moves. Whether I am at my base in India or here in Israel, my mission is the same: to help you access the stability that already exists within you."
